A class with a mixture of everything we focus on at FASTER. Bootcamp classes comprise some of its own unique exercises along with components from all other aspects of fitness training. This will give your body a complete fitness experience.

Bootcamp classes are a great way to introduce your body to general fitness. They have the widest variety of everything we offer at FASTER which is why they are enjoyed by all. We encompass elements from all of the other classes but Bootcamp classes also have exercises that are unique to them. We also like to have some fun in the Bootcamp classes due to the nature of its flexibility.
